Course Description

This is a general biology class for students majoring in the Biological Sciences. Biological themes and topics covered in this course include a comprehensive description and discussion on Evolution, Plant and Animal Anatomy/ Physiology, and the Ecosystems of the world. Additionally, students are required to attend and participate in weekly laboratory exercises and activities. These laboratory exercises and activities will include performing experiments that demonstrate and reflect important biological concepts & themes, the collection of biological specimen and attending field trips.
